As a serious MMORPG gamer, connection latency determines how well you could enjoy your game. I have been playing World of Warcraft for the past few years and have recently picked up AION as well. To best honest, if there is no game proxy service, I would have stopped playing those games after the first month subscription has expired.
What is game proxy service? Once you are connected to a proxy server, there is an encrypted tunnel established between your PC and the proxy server that is located closely if not at the same data center where is game server is hosted at. Encrypted data has higher priority on the Internet and this can greatly lower the latency from your PC to the game server via the encrypted tunnel.

Reasons for the switch are that they have their own Game Hub Client to ease connecting to proxy server where my previous providers will require me to install and configure several third party applications, they support World of Warcraft and AION that I need, they have a total of 9 proxy servers to choose from located in Asia, US and EU, their support is fantastic and etc. The only turn off is their Game Hub Client does not support MAC OS that I sometimes use to play World of Warcraft.
After using their service for the past few months, it has been very stable and reliable. World of Warcraft latency has been lowered around 50% and AION been lowered around 60%. If you are being skeptical to subscribe their service or wonder if it works for you too, you are encouraged to download their Game Hub Client and use their Demo account which will be disconnected once every 15 minutes to get a rough idea how well they can lower your game latency.
Just imagine of getting 1xx ms ping, no more disconnection in the middle of raid, smooth and responsive skill rotations, improved DPS and etc. You will not regret subscribing such service. Furthermore, you can try it first before subscribing.
