If I understand the question correctly, you want to have your very own internet fax service? For you to be able to do that, you need to buy a phone number you will use as your fax number. Then you need a computer to act as a server for your fax and a software that will convert and forward the fax to your email. I am not sure about the cost but I’m pretty sure its going to be a lot versus signing up for a service like efax.
If you don’t want to pay much for receiving fax to your email, I suggest you check out Onesuite Fax service at $1/month. You’ll get a fax number (usually local or close to your area) plus unlimited incoming fax. No additional fees…all included in $1/month.

They also offer a competitive pricing plans in case you want to go for more. I’d recommend you try them out first.
