Hi Friend, The CHEAPEST way to fax if you do not have a phone line is by faxing from your computer :)

This is also called online faxing and all you need is a computer and internet access. At http://faxfromyourcomputer.com/ you will find the best online faxing services and best of all they all offer a FREE 30 day trial. So you can start faxing right now free! After 30 days you decide if you want to sign-up or not. Plans are dirt cheap, they start at $3 to $9 US Dollars a month!

I use http://faxfromyourcomputer.com/ and I signed up with RingCentral and it works great and is way cheaper than any other service I have used. Hope this information helps and contact me if you have any questions :)

Pharmacies will usually fax for you, sometimes you have to bust out the puppy dog eyes though. Otherwise, I believe the UPS Store will fax… or even Staples\Office Max, or there are plenty of programs online (but you have to either scan your document, or re-create it on your PC)

You can go to your local Kinko’s. For a small fee you can fax.
Small "shipping stores" that do UPS/Fed EX Shipping also allow faxing and copying.

    So, plenty of options.

The best way to fax would be to use an online fax service as you already have cable internet. You will be able to send a fax directly from your email accounts, or from fax service providers web-based interface and you can even install a print driver that would let you fax directly from computer applications like microsoft office programs. These services are quite cheap and you can get a free trial as well. You can go review and compare providers using a good resource site http://fax2emailservices.com
