How can I improve communication at this chaotic multinational company????

I work in a company with offices in four countries. A very small company but they provide a specialist service. The problem is communication.

The offices in the other countries, especially Zambia DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS, the phone lines are often down and they just do not call you back.

Your day ends up being about chasing after people who have not got back to you. The thing is also these people are all senior to me so I can not exactly tell them off but it is very chaotic and difficult to try and get anything done.

specialist service, zambia

Your company’s management or Ceo must create a conducive work environment for the company by providing people with a sense of meaning, pride, aspirations and accomplishment. The best way is to enlist the help of a professional communicator to setup a good internal communication strategy and a good risk management programme. To help its staff to undertake a smooth management journey to achieve the company’s goals or vision. Help in a desired corporate change to make people competent, motivated and cooperative. To do these strategy and programme, they must be formally documented and well understood and subscribed to , by the company’s board, management and all staff of the company. Hope this helps.

In this situation I would suggest that you put together a document which lists the most urgent problems which need to be addressed.Describe the effect these problems are causing.

Suggest solutions for each of the problems and if appropriate any cost implications.

Make an appointment to meet with your immediate boss and present your findings to him or copy the document to the management staff affected.

Explain that they are your suggestions and you would welcome feedback and discussion.
A company which values its staff should be able to see the advantages.
    Good Luck
