    I’d ask your trainer, if I were you. Your organisation must have procedures in place for all of these requirements . . .

    I could give you definitive answers, but I have no way of telling exactly how your organisation handles these matters. What I may call a Form TF31 will mean nothing to you, for instance. D’you see what I mean?
