NetTalk DUO VOIP setup, tips, saves $$$$$$

I though I make a video on my Nettalk Duo. It’s the best thing I ever purchased and I save $$$. I found this device offers exceptional calls at awesome price. Setup is very simple. It does have E911 different from the landline 911 service. Features that I use are call waiting, call ID just to name a few. Canada, long distance and local calls are free. No monthly bills. But there is a year fee around You will need a good high speed internet connection to use this device. You can also send and receive faxes without issues. No PC required but you can also setup to PC. First, you need to disconnect the outside phone jack before installing this device. Second, register the Nettalk online in order to use it. You will pick a phone # from there. See video for more setup and tips.

How can I call 0800 and 090 Japanese telephone numbers locally?

I have two telephone numbers that I will need to call during my trip to Tokyo. One is a 0800 toll-free number and one is an 090 cell phone, both located in Tokyo. I know that calling a land line within Tokyo does not require the 03 area code because it is a local call. However, seeing as the 0800 and 090 area codes do not actually denote place, shouldn’t they still be required to make calls within Tokyo?

Integrating Dual-Mode Cellular Phones into the VoIP PBX

Many cellular (mobile) phones today are “dual-mode”, that is: equipped with both Wi-Fi transceivers and SIP phone clients. Couple this capability with a VoIP-enabled PBX (IP-PBX), and you get reduced communication costs with increased accessibility. View this recorded Webinar to see how your organization can benefit from this capability.

Do detectives answer the cell phone of a deceased at the scene of death?

I am writing a story and in a scene, the protagonist receives a voicemail during the night from his friend saying he is going to kill himself. He listens to the voicemail the next morning, perhaps by the time a coroner or detectives are investigating the scene. If the protagonist were to call his dead friend, would a coroner or detective answer his cell phone at the scene of death? I’d like it to be quite dramatic. Thanks and sorry if the question is a little weird.

P.S… No idea which category to put this question in.
