Broadband Commission Presentation to SG of the UN Ban Ki-moon

On the 19th of September 2010 the reports written by the ITU/UNESCO Broadband Commission for Digital Developments were presented to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon. Together with a group of international experts Paul produced the report’ Broadband a Platform for Progress’ The video shows Dr Hamadour Touré the Secretary General of the United Nations, Ms Irina Bokova the Director-General of UNESCO, President Paul Kagami from Rwanda, Mr Carlos Slim Helú Honorary Lifetime Chairman of Grupo Carso UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.
