I work in a company with offices in four countries. A very small company but they provide a specialist service. The problem is communication.

The offices in the other countries, especially Zambia DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS, the phone lines are often down and they just do not call you back.

Your day ends up being about chasing after people who have not got back to you. The thing is also these people are all senior to me so I can not exactly tell them off but it is very chaotic and difficult to try and get anything done.
